My question to you, tumblr viewer, is this: what should I carve into my pumpkin this year?
My annual struggle to settle on a design to carve into a pumpkin has arrived once again. With one week until my family carves pumpkins, I haven’t even an idea of what I should carve. I want it to be something more original and intricate than a design out of the pattern books they sell in grocery stores.
Above is the pattern I drew out by hand and carved last year. I’m not sure I want to do something like this again because cutting each individual line was monotonous and frustrating. However, if I like a design enough I will make it work somehow.
